Intro to Coaching Package

Receive 3 total hours, either three (3) 60-minute or two (2) 90-minute one-on-one home care business coaching consulting sessions via teleconference with an experienced home care business owner to help guide you through setting up your business. YOU determine what the focus of the sessions will be! Whether you need guidance to get started, help obtaining caregivers and clients or setting your marketing strategies and anything in between.

There’s no obligation to continue sessions after the Intro sessions, it’s entirely up to you!

Success Coaching Sessions

Success Home Care Business Coaching Sessions are for those who want to continue indefinitely with consulting as needed.  If you need our help every week or a session every couple weeks or quarter, our experienced coaches are ready to help you navigate whatever situations and challenges encountered.

These are one-on-one teleconference sessions with an experienced home care business owner coach who is there to guide and assist you with whatever areas of your business operations you need until you decide you’re comfortable without a coach. Hourly rate is deducted from the required retainer deposit.
Retainer Minimum $1500

Ongoing Coaching Sessions Retainer

Ongoing Coaching Sessions are one-on-one teleconference sessions with an experienced, professional home care business coach to guide you assist you with whatever areas of your business operations you guidance until you decide you’re comfortable without a coach. Each coach has no less than 5 years of first-hand experience in starting, building and growing home care agencies. Coaching are $125 per hour, deducted from an upfront retainer deposit.

On-Site Coaching

Optionally, a seasoned personal in home care business coach will meet with you in your offices to work with you face-to-face. On-site coaching has proven to be, by far, the most productive and efficient use of a coach when business owners are well prepared to squeeze the very most out of the time the coach is present. Availability and rates vary so contact us for pricing and time lines if you’re serious about this option.
